You might find that your neighbor is a wren, a tawny owl, or a great spotted woodpecker. Or perhaps a rough-legged bat, a ladybug, or a peacock butterfly will be your co-inhabitants. You can spot them in the special bird, bat, and insect houses scattered throughout the park. The park is located just around the corner from the Texel Dunes National Park, with its forests and heathlands, and is only a stone’s throw away from dunes, the beach, and the sea.
